Mick Haren and his team were excellent from start to finish with our new Origin Bifold doors. It was during difficult times in early 2021 when work commenced, but they worked safely and responsibly. The tradesmen were polite and professional and their work was to a high standard. Michelle Woodham was in contact throughout the project updating us on deliveries arriving, who was coming and what work was to be carried out. Options were talked about during the survey, for specific requirements we were looking for so we were able to have the perfect glass and frames sizes for our space to how we wanted. Origin OB49. I would highly recommend Mick and his team to carry out any project, as we are extremely happy with the doors once they were completed.

Having decided upon the Origin Bifold and window system I contacted Instadoor after getting their name from the Origin website. Being located in Worcestershire, I had initially contacted an Origin Partner nearer home but to be honest the response was very poor whereas Instadoor were responsive and dealt with any questions concerning specification quickly, and the distance was not an issue. The survey and installation went very well and their guys were clearly very skilled in handling the Origin product.
One of the glass panels was found to be cracked and they replaced it a week later together with final cosmetic finishing touches. Overall I was very satisfied with Instadoor and would certainly consider them again for any future projects.

Had quick responses and helpful support from Michelle and Max came out to fit the doors. There was a bit of an issue with measurements and framework but he and his colleague explained what was needed thought about solutions and worked hard but cheerfully to fit the doors to the highest standard. Max was keen to point out he would have to make some compromises due to the frame but worked hard to do a job to the best standard achievalbe. The work looks great and it always helps when there person fitting them is polite, honest and professional. Great job Max thanks for your hard work.
